About the role

NeoWork is looking for a motivated Sales Development Specialist to drive growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. You will lead outbound outreach, nurture prospects, and set up meetings for the sales team, contributing directly to revenue expansion.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media to generate qualified leads.
  • Engage and nurture prospective clients to understand their business challenges.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate outreach activity and pipeline records in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on data and feedback.

Required profile

  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with a proactive, persistent approach to prospecting.
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate product value propositions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent time‑management skills.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
