Sales Enablement Specialist

About the role

The Sales Enablement Specialist will design, execute and continuously improve onboarding and enablement programs for our sales organization. Working closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing and Operations, you will help scale sales readiness, accelerate rep ramp‑up and drive measurable performance across a multi‑product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Create, refine and maintain sales processes, best practices, policies, playbooks and documentation.
• Develop and deliver virtual, in‑person and self‑paced onboarding and ongoing education sessions tailored to different sales roles.
• Design assessment strategies and 1:1 coaching programs to ensure reps are proficient in product knowledge, value propositions, messaging and competitive positioning.
• Maintain a central repository of enablement assets such as decks, case studies, product videos and other collateral.
• Own data, analytics and KPIs for enablement programs, measuring onboarding effectiveness, content adoption and sales performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing and Business Operations to prioritize high‑impact training and content.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for sales tools and technologies, ensuring their effective use.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training or a related function.
• Strong passion for helping individuals reach their full potential.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross‑functional teams.
