Sales Manager – Colombia

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the expansion of our FMCG brand across Colombia, translating headquarters’ strategies into tangible market results. You will own sales growth, key‑account development and distributor performance while providing actionable market intelligence to the global team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales targets across distributors and key accounts, analysing the sales cycle to improve monthly sell‑out and offtake.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing core KAs and identify new “white‑space” accounts.
• Conduct daily field visits, monitor distributor inventory and logistics, and ensure alignment with HQ strategies.
• Track competitor activity and market trends, using digital dashboards and AI/LLM tools to convert field data into structured insights.
• Prepare English‑language reports for headquarters, leveraging digital reporting platforms.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of sales management experience, at least 5 years in FMCG.
• Strong analytical and mathematical logic for data‑driven decision making.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field; Master’s/MBA a plus.
• Proven “boots‑on‑the‑ground” problem‑solving at distributor and store level.
