Sales Manager – Neuroscience

About the role

The Sales Manager – Neuroscience will lead Johnson & Johnson's neuroscience commercial team in Colombia, turning business strategy into impactful execution. This role focuses on building a high‑performing, customer‑centric sales force while partnering with medical stakeholders to strengthen product positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing sales team, fostering accountability and continuous growth.
• Translate the neuroscience business strategy into clear commercial priorities and execution plans.
• Drive customer and territory excellence, focusing resources where they create the greatest impact.
• Leverage data, market insights and analytics to identify opportunities and guide decision‑making.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Medical, Market Access and other cross‑functional teams to deliver an integrated customer strategy.
• Lead the team through change, innovation and launch readiness, building capabilities for future growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in commercial, sales or customer‑facing roles.
• Proven people leadership, coaching and talent development capabilities.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to collaborate and influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• English proficiency and willingness to travel up to 80% across Colombia.
