Sales & Marketing Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Recruiter to join our fast‑growing team. In this contingent recruiting position you will partner with hiring managers and HR to source and place mid‑ to senior‑level sales and marketing talent, while delivering speed, accuracy, and value.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to define search strategies and priorities.
• Manage full‑cycle contingent recruiting from intake to placement, acting as a strategic advisor to clients.
• Identify and engage top sales and marketing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and internal databases.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications, cultural fit, and career alignment, and present vetted profiles with market insight.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other internal systems, tracking activity, candidate flow, and placement metrics.
• Continuously refine search strategies based on data, results, and market trends.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in contingent or agency search focused on sales and/or marketing.
• Proven track record of placing technical professionals in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong sourcing abilities, especially with passive candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time‑management and ability to juggle multiple open roles.
• Comfortable with metrics and performance‑based accountability.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
