Sales Operations Manager

About the role

This hybrid, direct‑hire position is with a $1B+ global language‑tech leader. You will bridge marketing interest and closed revenue by managing both automated nurturing workflows and active inside‑sales outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a blended outreach strategy combining automated sequences with calls and social selling to move inbound leads to sales‑readiness.
• Conduct deep‑dive research on high‑value accounts, providing sales teams with stakeholder and buying‑signal insights.
• Own technical optimization of the lead funnel, managing scoring models, routing rules, and CRM data hygiene.
• Analyze funnel metrics and lead performance to recommend improvements to campaign targeting and messaging.
• Serve as the primary feedback loop between Sales and Marketing, contributing to playbooks, qualification scripts, and outreach assets.

Required profile

• 3‑6+ years of experience in B2B revenue operations or sales.
• Strong RevOps orientation with a focus on process design, data integrity, and tech‑stack optimization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 or above).
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage high lead volumes independently.

Required skills

• Advanced hands‑on experience with HubSpot or Marketo.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, especially workflow automation and lead routing.
