Sales & Relationship Manager – Coffee Industry

About the role

Perfect Daily Grind, the leading voice in coffee, is seeking an experienced Sales & Relationship Manager to join its remote team based in Colombia. You will sell and manage a variety of advertising and partnership solutions across its portfolio of coffee‑focused publications, working directly with roasters, exporters, producers, traders and other industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets for website banners, newsletter placements, editorial features, giveaways and other services.
• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities, sponsorships and long‑term partnerships across the global coffee supply chain.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and sponsors, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Manage the sales pipeline, nurture leads, and coordinate campaign delivery with internal teams.
• Provide regular revenue, performance and pipeline updates to the CEO, COO and Head of Sales.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of client‑facing sales or account‑management experience.
• Fluent in English (native or bilingual).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (G Suite).
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform (desirable).
