Sales Representative (Bogotá)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our Bogotá team and support Voyager Global Mobility’s Global Business Services (GBS) operations across the United States and Latin America. The role focuses on converting pre‑filtered leads into new car‑leasing contracts, guiding clients through the onboarding process and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle pre‑qualified leads, make outbound calls and convert prospects into sales.
• Explain the features and benefits of our car‑leasing products to clients in both Spanish and English.
• Schedule appointments for clients to visit the nearest branch and complete onboarding.
• Provide timely support, answer questions and resolve issues throughout the leasing journey.
• Record all interactions, sales stages and outcomes in the CRM and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team and branch staff to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to improve sales strategies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in telephone sales or customer service, preferably in car leasing or mobility.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (both spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• High school diploma; a degree in business, marketing or related field is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to cover US and Latin American time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
