Sales Representative – Global Business Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our Bogotá team and support the Global Business Services network across the United States and Latin America. The role focuses on generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets for our car‑leasing and mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Convert pre‑filtered leads into sales through outbound calls.
• Explain the benefits and features of our car‑leasing products to clients.
• Schedule appointments for clients to visit the nearest branch and complete onboarding.
• Provide customer support, answering questions and guiding clients through the leasing process.
• Document all interactions, sales progress, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales team and branch staff to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.

Required profile

• Previous telephone sales or customer service experience, preferably in car leasing or mobility.
• High school diploma; a degree in business, marketing or related field is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (both speaking and writing); additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate U.S. and Latin American time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
