About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this remote position you will build relationships, identify opportunities, and close deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound sales efforts.
• Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and follow‑up calls.
• Manage the sales pipeline and keep CRM records accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts where applicable.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Specialist, Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar role.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
