Sales Support Agent – Customer Service & Order Processing

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support Agent to handle customer and prospect inquiries while assisting the sales team with order processing and back‑office tasks. The role ensures smooth communication between customers and internal departments, contributing to a seamless sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound customer calls, providing timely assistance.
• Troubleshoot order issues, account status questions, and resolve problems efficiently.
• Process sales orders, validate documents, track shipments, and address discrepancies.
• Guide customers through enrollment, ensuring a smooth transition to service.
• Complete pending service requests and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate customer records in ERP and CRM systems, updating order details and communication history.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Generate internal reports on interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with ERP and CRM platforms.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer‑service best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to multitask.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to motivate peers.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
