Salesforce Solution Architect (CRM) - Remote

About the role

Salvatech, which connects Colombian talent with international companies, offers a full-time, long-term remote position as a Salesforce Solution Architect (CRM). The consultant leads core CRM implementations for small and mid-sized companies in regulated industries, working with U.S. clients and international professionals. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, with a Colombian employment contract.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery and consulting sessions with clients using a consultative approach.
• Lead core CRM implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, from discovery and solution design to build, quality assurance and go-live.
• Design solutions and technical architecture focused on usability and scalability, with minimal technical debt.
• Document solution designs and secure client approval; manage implementations through to completion with thorough documentation.
• Oversee and take part in build work and quality assurance, building or testing solutions yourself when needed.
• Partner with the Project Manager so that all project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
• Conduct solution walkthroughs with clients and support go-live.
• Understand how CRM solutions integrate with other clouds such as Marketing Cloud to design cohesive solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience as an Implementation Consultant, Business Analyst, Solution Architect or Systems Consultant.
• Proven experience leading core CRM implementations (Sales, Service and Experience Cloud).
• Professional services background, managing multiple client projects simultaneously under a billable-hours model.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced written and spoken English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Hands-on Salesforce skills, able to design across clouds and integrations.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
• Nice to have: Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud expertise; general knowledge of Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud or MuleSoft; experience with Agentforce or AI-related projects.
