SAP Project Manager – Colombia

About the role

SNP Group, a global digital transformation and SAP consulting firm, is looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to join its Center of Excellence team. The role will lead high‑impact technology transformation projects across the LATAM region, and the candidate must reside in Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Plan, execute, monitor and control all project phases, defining timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment toward project objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining clear and timely communication.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, resource utilization and profitability.
• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements, project standards and client expectations.
• Track performance through KPIs, prepare executive reports and presentations.
• Handle scope changes, facilitate decision‑making and secure approvals.
• Drive compliance with project management methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Lead project closure activities, including knowledge transfer and lessons learned.

Required profile

• 5+ years of end‑to‑end IT/SAP project management experience, preferably in migration, carve‑out or S/4HANA conversion.
• PMP or Agile certification.
• Previous experience with consulting firms or system integrators.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑stakeholder engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.

Required skills

• SAP migration and S/4HANA conversion knowledge.
• Project management tools such as MS Project and Jira.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of risk, scope and budget management frameworks.
• Working knowledge of SAP environments and migration concepts.
