Scrum Master

About the role

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Scrum Master to join its Agile development teams in Medellin. You will coach teams on Agile and Lean principles, ensure effective delivery of software, firmware, or hardware products, and help create a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Stand‑Up, Refinement, Review, Retrospective) for multiple teams.
• Identify, reduce, or eliminate dependencies across teams and communicate their status.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering Leaders to maintain a healthy backlog.
• Work with other Scrum Masters to share best practices and improve program performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and minimum B2 English proficiency.
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role.
• Experience with scaled frameworks such as SAFe.

Required skills

• Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
• Project‑management tools: Jira, Azure DevOps.
• Cloud platforms: Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
