SDR B2B Outbound Sales

About the role

Colombia is the future of nearshore outsourcing and Bogotá has the talent to make it happen. We’re looking for a high‑energy, results‑driven Sales Development Representative who can turn cold outreach into qualified conversations with decision‑makers across the United States and Canada. This role requires you to build the pipeline, create conversations, and book meetings yourself.

Key responsibilities

• Send 100+ targeted LinkedIn messages each day
• Make 40+ outbound calls daily
• Send 30+ personalized emails per day
• Engage directly with decision‑makers and book a minimum of 2 qualified meetings
• Follow up consistently and strategically
• Keep all activity accurately updated in the CRM
• Achieve a weekly target of 10‑15 qualified meetings

Required profile

• Fluent in professional English and Spanish
• Confident speaking with executives in the US and Canada
• Can handle rejection and stay motivated
• Experience in outbound B2B sales, BPO, staffing, SaaS, or professional services
• Ownership‑driven and thrives in a performance‑focused environment
• Hunter mindset – enjoys cold calling and creating opportunities from scratch
