SecOps Engineer

About the role

The SecOps Engineer will lead the implementation and daily operation of security controls across Addi’s endpoints, infrastructure, connectivity and data assets. Working closely with IT and engineering teams, you will detect threats early, respond swiftly and protect the platform at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Drive migration to the chosen XDR platform, targeting at least 95% endpoint coverage and reducing false positives by 30%.
• Implement and manage DLP and SASE controls to secure user access, SaaS usage and data flows, covering 90% of users and devices.
• Deploy a centralized MDM solution, achieving 95% device enrollment and enforcing baseline security configurations.
• Maintain and operate endpoint security solutions, ensuring rapid detection (MTTD < 1 hour) and response to high‑severity incidents.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve security posture and incident response processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security operations within a fast‑growing technology or financial services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate security metrics into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to work with engineering, IT and business stakeholders.
