Semi-senior DevOps Engineer – Ecommerce

About the role

Truelogic is seeking a semi‑senior DevOps Engineer to join a leading SaaS client that provides business‑management software for home‑improvement contractors across North America. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS, while driving automation, observability, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
• Develop and manage Terraform and CloudFormation templates.
• Create, optimize, and support CI/CD pipelines with modern automation tools.
• Implement monitoring and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and improve reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and SRE teams to deliver secure cloud solutions.
• Support serverless and cloud‑native architectures and contribute to cost‑optimization initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience with core AWS services.
• Proven ability to work in cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
