SENA Apprentice – Computer Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated SENA apprentice to join our IT team in Colombia. The role focuses on maintaining and supporting the company’s computer equipment, providing a solid foundation for a career in IT support.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of office computers.
• Install and configure software applications.
• Package and prepare computers for deployment.
• Configure peripheral devices and ensure proper operation.
• Provide Level 1 technical support to end‑users.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a technical program related to computer maintenance or a similar field at SENA or an authorized institution.
• Eligible to sign a SENA apprenticeship contract.
• Organized, able to document processes, and communicate assertively.
• Service‑oriented with basic English skills (preferred).
