Senior Account Manager – Google for Education

About the role

Google for Education is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead sales initiatives with schools, educational networks and government agencies across Colombia. You will own the full sales cycle, use data‑driven insights to improve processes, and collaborate across functions to deliver high‑impact solutions for hybrid classrooms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with strategic government and education accounts in Colombia.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets and OKRs by building pipelines of Google Frontend (GfE) solutions.
• Design and execute growth strategies, leveraging the partner ecosystem and internal resources.
• Coordinate with sales engineering, marketing, and partner teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide feedback on collateral and marketing materials to improve messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in technology sales or a customer‑facing sales role.
• Fluent communication in both English and Spanish.
• Experience planning sales strategies for public‑sector or education clients is preferred.
