Senior Accountant – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Accountant to join our remote team serving clients across LATAM. The independent‑contractor position offers full ownership of the accounting cycle for a diverse portfolio of businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee the full accounting cycle, including month‑end close and preparation of financial statements.
• Use QuickBooks Online to maintain client accounts efficiently.
• Assist clients with onboarding to platforms such as bill.com and payroll systems like Gusto.
• Collaborate with the internal team while working independently to meet client needs.
• Report directly to senior management, providing insights into financial operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a client portfolio, preferably in public accounting or client accounting services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
