Senior AI Automation & Systems Architect - GoHighLevel Expert

About the role

Huzzle is hiring a Senior AI Automation & Systems Architect to lead the design, implementation and optimisation of scalable automation systems and product infrastructure. The role sits at the intersection of automation engineering, product development and client communication, and suits someone who can build complex systems and explain them clearly to non-technical stakeholders. It is a full-time remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Audit, optimise and scale existing client-facing automation systems
• Build advanced automation workflows using tools such as GoHighLevel, n8n, Make or Zapier
• Maintain technical documentation (SOPs, guides, internal knowledge base)
• Integrate tools and platforms via APIs and webhooks
• Design end-to-end AI and automation systems for clients, including lead generation, nurturing, content creation and sales pipelines
• Integrate CRM, email, calendar, payment and project management tools
• Maintain and troubleshoot live systems
• Translate technical concepts into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders and advise clients and internal teams
• Create outlines for technical content (videos, documentation, articles) and provide ongoing technical support
• Own and scale internal automation systems for onboarding, operations and data management, and maintain CRM systems (mainly GoHighLevel)

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building automation systems in real business environments
• Expert-level proficiency in GoHighLevel
• Strong experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier or similar)
• Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders
• Strong product thinking (scalability, UX, maintainability, build vs. buy)
• Fluent English, written and spoken, able to explain complex systems clearly
• Self-starter comfortable managing projects independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Required skills

• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks and system integrations
• Connecting CRMs with email platforms, calendars, payments and project tools
• Data structuring with Airtable, Google Sheets or similar
• Implementing AI into workflows and business processes
• Technical documentation (SOPs, user guides, technical specs)
