Senior Amazon Account Manager

About the role

LA SIESTA is seeking a Senior Amazon Account Manager to own and grow its Amazon marketplace presence across multiple Latin American markets. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end catalog management, advertising, SEO and conversion optimisation, while collaborating with teams in Miami and Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise the Amazon catalog, including parent/child structures, A+ content and storefront assets.
• Monitor Buy Box ownership, pricing competitiveness and implement repricing strategies.
• Plan, execute and optimise Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display campaigns to meet ACOS/ROAS targets.
• Conduct keyword research, SEO enhancements and conversion audits to improve listings performance.
• Analyse Seller Central, Brand Analytics and other reports, track KPIs and provide clear reporting to the US team.
• Develop and refine internal AI tools (Claude‑based plugin) to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Amazon PPC, SEO and catalog operations.
• Proven track record of driving growth on Amazon marketplaces.
• Fully fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and coordinate with international teams.
