Senior Analyst, MDM Finance Service Delivery

About the role

Depuy Synthes is recruiting a Senior Analyst for the Global Finance Master Data team, based in Bogotá, Colombia. The role covers service delivery of specific Global Finance Master Data process functions supporting DePuy Synthes' financial operations. The same role is also posted for Taguig (Philippines), Amersfoort (Netherlands), Leeds (UK) and Diegem (Belgium).

Key responsibilities

• Run day-to-day operations of the Financial Master Data team, maintaining GL accounts, profit centers, cost centers, internal orders and exchange rates in line with Global DTP and defined standards.
• Proactively identify, fix and follow up on errors and their causes.
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy and quality of work through regular reviews, checks and approvals.
• Resolve complex or critical process issues beyond the team's capabilities and handle risks through mitigation.
• Keep documentation complete and up to date, and initiate, monitor and review team system access.
• Support auditors and legal authorities, ensuring staff availability, and maintain strong internal controls to achieve adequate audit ratings.
• Deliver accurate, timely month-end reporting and meet corporate and regional deadlines.

Required profile

• University degree in a finance-related field or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Financial Reporting or Finance Master Data; experience in a multinational shared services centre is desirable.
• English fluency for reading, understanding, verbal exchange and writing business material.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles, and of ATR process concepts and procedures, with a focus on the MRCs in scope.
• Preferred: finance master data knowledge and experience.
