Senior Associate – Source-to-Contract

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Source-to-Contract team. The role supports the Regional Service Delivery Procurement function, driving sourcing, contracting, and cost‑reduction initiatives that align with global business strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Source-to-Contract function, including sourcing events and contract negotiations.
• Draft, review, and execute contracts while ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to develop and implement strategies that improve profitability and competitive positioning.
• Drive continuous improvement in user experience, efficiency, and effectiveness, supporting automation and AI initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and external suppliers, understanding their objectives and providing appropriate support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university qualification.
• Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or related functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess market intelligence and risk.
