Senior Billing Analyst – GBS FSSC

About the role

The Senior Billing Analyst ensures that customers are billed accurately and in line with company guidelines. Working within the GBS Americas shared services centre, the role collaborates with B2C analysts, finance, and operational teams to manage receipts, disputes and escalations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full billing cycle, including invoice generation, account reconciliation and data review.
• Review and manage large data sets to guarantee billing accuracy.
• Establish and maintain contracts, billing rules and transaction records.
• Investigate and resolve complex billing issues and errors.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional peers to ensure efficient billing practices.
• Assist in training and developing other Billing Analysts.
• Monitor accounts receivable and revenue intake processes.
• Analyze billing procedures, identify improvement opportunities and prepare analytical reports for supervisors.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly audits and data clean‑up activities.
• Work closely with the Accounts Receivable team on customer‑related matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• English proficiency at B2 level.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
