Senior Billing Analyst – Shared Services Center

About the role

The Senior Billing Analyst ensures accurate customer billing in line with company guidelines, working within the Shared Services Center of SGS. The role collaborates closely with B2C analysts, finance, and operations teams to resolve billing issues and support revenue intake.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end billing process, including invoice generation, account reconciliations and data review.
• Analyze large datasets to guarantee billing accuracy and maintain billing rules and contracts.
• Investigate and resolve complex billing disputes, working with cross‑functional teams and the Accounts Receivable department.
• Prepare analytical reports, participate in audits, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support training and development of junior Billing Analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• English proficiency at B1+ level (B2 preferred).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate knowledge of Oracle Accounts Receivable.
• Strong data analysis and Microsoft Office skills.
