Senior Biometrics Project Manager

About the role

Bioforum The Data Masters is seeking a Senior Biometrics Project Manager to lead and coordinate biometric services for clinical trials. The role involves overseeing project delivery, managing cross‑functional teams, and ensuring high‑quality data and statistical outputs for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Lead project kick‑off meetings and maintain clear communication of expectations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and discrepancies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate collaboration among data management, biostatistics, statistical programming and medical writing teams.
• Participate in business development activities, including bid preparation and proposal defense.
• Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines (ICH‑GCP).
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver project updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of project management experience in the biopharmaceutical or CRO environment.
• Proven experience in at least one biometrics functional domain (e.g., biostatistics, data management).
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
