Senior Bookkeeper (Remote, QuickBooks Online)

About the role

This full‑time remote position is for a Senior Bookkeeper with deep expertise in QuickBooks Online. You will manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping for U.S.‑based clients, ensure the accuracy of financial records, and support data‑driven decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile client accounts on a daily basis.
• Record journal entries and clean up transaction data.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements.
• Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage client bookkeeping workflows.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting while meeting strict deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven bookkeeping and finance experience, preferably with small‑ and mid‑size U.S. businesses.
• Strong understanding of U.S. accounting practices and ability to explain transaction logic.
• Independent remote work style with exceptional attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., QuickBooks Certification) or a degree in Accounting/Finance are preferred.

• Base salary $900‑$1,250 per month plus commission.
