Senior Business Development Representative

About the role

Join Easygenerator, an AI‑first EdTech scale‑up, as a Senior Business Development Representative. You will drive outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunities for our award‑winning e‑learning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage key decision‑makers through outbound channels.
• Conduct cold calls, send personalized cold emails, and run LinkedIn messaging sequences.
• Qualify leads by understanding prospects' needs, pain points, and goals.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives and support fellow BDR team members.
• Create and prioritize strategic target‑account lists within an assigned territory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 2‑5 years of Business Development or Sales Development experience.
• Native‑level English (spoken and written).
• Proven outbound prospecting and cold‑outreach experience.
• Clear, goal‑oriented communication with strong initiative.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High energy, positive attitude, and comfort in a fast‑paced, international environment.
