Senior Collection Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Collections Specialist to join our Bill to Cash (B2C) team. You will manage customer collections, focusing on aged invoices and established collection strategies while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer collections and resolve discrepancies on open balances.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, perform account reconciliations and issue periodic statements.
• Support AR reporting and act as a subject‑matter expert to improve collection processes.
• Lead training initiatives and ensure compliance with SGS policies and SLAs/KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in collections or related finance roles.
• Strong customer service, communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, both independently and within a team.
• Experience with B2C clients and diverse cultural backgrounds.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) – intermediate level.
• Experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite or similar ERP systems (desirable).

What we offer

• Base salary of $4,800,250.
• Well‑being allowance of $500,000.
• Language bonus of $800,000 per month.
• Fixed commission of $900,000 per month for the first 3 months, thereafter performance‑based.
