Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project (Strategy Consulting)

About the role

We are seeking experienced strategy consultants to help shape AI learning environments that mirror real‑world consulting engagements. As a freelance Senior Consultant, you will translate authentic project experience into structured scenarios that train advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic consulting project scenarios, including industry context, financial data, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to enable large‑scale automated assessment of AI outputs.
• Collaborate remotely with a team of consultants from top‑tier firms to ensure methodological rigor and relevance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
