Senior Consumer Research Manager

About the role

As the Senior Consumer Research Manager at inDrive, you will be the voice of our passengers and drivers, turning raw data into strategic intelligence that shapes brand positioning and guides global expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Track inDrive’s brand health and performance against global competitors.
• Conduct deep‑dive consumer studies to uncover motivations, barriers, and market gaps.
• Own the full research lifecycle—from objective setting and methodology selection (qualitative & quantitative) to final presentation.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage external research agencies while optimizing budgets.
• Partner with Marketing, Brand, and Regional teams to translate insights into compelling “human stories” that drive decisions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in consumer insights or market research, preferably both agency and client side in a global tech environment.
• Proven expertise in usage‑and‑attitude studies, segmentation, creative testing, and brand tracking.
• Strong storytelling ability to explain the "why" behind the data.
• Experience managing multi‑country projects across diverse cultural contexts.
