About the role

We are seeking a Senior Controller to lead finance operations for our Colombian entity. This role will oversee accounting, tax, statutory reporting, and treasury functions while supporting the SFC licensing process.

Key responsibilities

Lead accounting, tax, statutory and SFC regulatory reporting, and local treasury operations for the Colombian entity.
Drive the finance workstream of the SFC licensing process for the Compañía de Financiamiento, ensuring capital, control, and reporting requirements are met.
Own month‑end close, statutory reporting under NIIF, and ensure timely submissions to the Superintendencia Financiera.

Required profile

Senior finance experience in the SFC licensing of a Compañía de Financiamiento or similar establishment.
Deep expertise in NIIF, statutory reporting, month‑end close, and consolidation.
Strong Colombian tax knowledge with an established DIAN relationship.
