About the role
We are launching a customer service campaign for a premium U.S. delivery service that operates through robots. The role focuses on resolving issues related to customer orders via chat, phone calls, and email, ensuring smooth resolutions for every client.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve order‑related problems through multiple communication channels.
- Maintain high service quality and timely responses while adhering to company guidelines.
Required profile
- Advanced English (C1) proficiency and strong communication skills.
- Minimum high‑school education and at least one year of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with call‑center techniques.
What we offer
- Competitive compensation: basic salary 2,848,000 COP plus a 100,000 COP health allowance, 15% performance bonus, and all legal benefits.
- Rotational shifts, five‑day work week with two days off.
- Permanent contract with full legal benefits.
- On‑site work in Bogotá (Cll 26 92‑32, Gold 9 – Floor 4) with the possibility to work from home after meeting performance targets.
