Senior Data Analyst – AI Solutions

About the role

Softtek Colombia is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead the design and delivery of AI‑driven solutions across the enterprise. The role combines deep analytical expertise with hands‑on experience in large language models and automation platforms to create business value.

Key responsibilities

• Build AI solutions and autonomous agents using Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, and Gemini Enterprise.
• Develop prototypes and production‑ready applications that demonstrate measurable business impact.
• Analyze complex business processes, translate needs into technical specifications, and design end‑to‑end AI workflows.
• Manage project portfolios, track timelines, dependencies, and deliverables for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Create detailed documentation, presentations, and dependency plans for senior stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of AI solutions, measure effectiveness, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to enterprise AI standards, reusable frameworks, and cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in solutions analysis, business systems analysis, delivery management, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to work strategically and at a detailed level, with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with experience driving change management.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI and automation platforms: Glean, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI Enterprise, Gemini Enterprise.
• Deep knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and agentic workflows.
• Experience building AI solutions, agents, prototypes, and production‑ready applications.
