Senior Data Architect with AI Expertise

About the role

Blanc Labs is seeking a Senior Data Architect with strong AI skills to shape and lead the enterprise data architecture strategy across modern data platforms. The role blends deep data engineering, modeling, and AI‑enabled ecosystem experience to deliver scalable, governed, and intelligent data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve enterprise data architecture, including data models, data lakes, and data warehouses.
• Lead the creation of ETL/ELT pipelines for analytics, reporting, and AI/ML workloads.
• Architect and implement Master Data Management frameworks to ensure data quality and governance.
• Build modern data platforms using Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.
• Design cloud‑native data solutions on AWS with focus on scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
• Define data governance standards, metadata management, and data lineage practices.
• Collaborate with data science and AI teams to support machine‑learning, GenAI, and agentic system use cases.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and troubleshooting for complex data pipeline issues.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related fields.
• Proven ability to design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise systems.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
