About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design, build and maintain robust data solutions that enable business insights. The role is fully remote and involves leading a team of engineers while implementing modern data technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable data engineering solutions for complex, data‑driven applications.
• Lead the design, development and optimisation of end‑to‑end data pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine data strategies and improve data accessibility.
• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks and ensure security compliance.
• Mentor and guide junior data engineers, fostering best practices and technical growth.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging data engineering trends and champion innovative tools.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with ETL processes and technologies.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles and clean‑code practices.
• Proven ability to make technical decisions and lead engineering teams.
• Advanced English communication skills.
