Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS) – Remote

About the role

Gorilla Logic is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with developers and engineers to deliver reliable, automated deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategy, design and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated product deployment.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Build monitoring and scaling solutions for applications and infrastructure.
• Maintain configuration management and source control systems.
• Design troubleshooting and maintenance procedures for cloud and virtualized environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of development and DevOps experience, including release management.
• 3+ years of Linux experience in a development context.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• AWS cloud services.
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
• Infrastructure automation (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Configuration management (Puppet, Chef, Ansible).
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Scripting languages (Shell, Python, Go, Groovy).
• Version control (Git) and source code management strategies.
• Package managers (Maven, Gradle, Pip, NPM, Yarn).
