Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join a global delivery team that modernises and scales cloud‑native platforms and CI/CD practices across enterprise applications. This hands‑on position requires strong technical leadership, ownership of the delivery pipeline and deep expertise in automation, Kubernetes and release management.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Own the end‑to‑end build, release and deployment lifecycle.
• Administer, scale and troubleshoot production Kubernetes clusters.
• Manage application deployments with Helm charts.
• Implement and maintain secrets management using HashiCorp Vault.
• Configure and support CSI for persistent storage.
• Enhance automation through Ansible, shell scripting and IaC practices.
• Collaborate with global development and operations teams to improve delivery processes.
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues and drive root‑cause resolution.
• Support and optimise the DevOps toolchain including Git, Docker, Jira and Confluence.
• Mentor team members and promote DevOps best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience, including 7+ years in DevOps.
• Proven experience working in large, complex, globally distributed environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
