Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

This role involves designing, scaling and optimizing cloud infrastructure while collaborating with a distributed LATAM DevOps team supporting global clients. You will take ownership of reliability, automation and performance across production workloads, strengthening platform stability and enabling continuous delivery across complex cloud and hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimize scalable cloud infrastructure with engineers and architects to improve system reliability and support production workloads.
• Drive infrastructure automation and operational improvements to increase consistency, scalability and deployment efficiency.
• Collaborate with development, architecture and cross-functional teams on cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and application deployments using Helm, and build and maintain infrastructure automation with Terraform and configuration management tools.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar tools.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting, applying DevOps and DevSecOps practices to strengthen observability and security.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues, support incident response and drive continuous improvements in platform reliability.

Required profile

• Advanced experience with Kubernetes, including cluster management, production workloads and Helm-based deployments.
• Strong Linux administration, networking protocols and command-line troubleshooting in production.
• Hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar.
• Advanced Terraform proficiency and practical experience with Salt, Chef or Puppet.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash or Shell scripting for automation.
• B2+ English, written and spoken.
