Senior Digital Analyst - Adobe Platforms

About the role

Medtronic is looking for a Senior Digital Analyst in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Acrobat and Shutterstock to lead the strategy, governance and optimization of its enterprise creative and content platforms. The role owns the product roadmap, platform operations, licensing and vendor management, content supply chain integrations and value realization initiatives, and works with Creative, Marketing, Brand, IT, Cybersecurity, Finance and Sourcing teams. It is offered remotely across major Colombian cities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, governance and continuous improvement of Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Acrobat and Shutterstock, including licensing, access management, integrations, adoption, change management and alignment with business needs.
• Run Adobe platform operations and administration, including access and license management, user governance, platform standards, vendor coordination, support escalation and collaboration with IT and Cybersecurity.
• Define enterprise usage of Shutterstock versus other stock houses, ensuring compliant content sourcing, licensing, asset lifecycle management and integration into creative workflows.
• Integrate and optimize the content supply chain, improving collaboration, asset reuse, automation and governance, and align standards, training and enablement.
• Lead security, compliance and risk management for Adobe Creative Cloud and Acrobat, including security reviews, regulatory compliance, vulnerability remediation and policy adherence.
• Serve as the primary enterprise liaison for Adobe creative products and Shutterstock, covering vendor relationships, roadmap alignment, service performance, renewals, value realization and cross-functional governance.
• Evaluate new Adobe AI releases and models before enterprise enablement, and drive role-based training and adoption measurement.
• Support a sustainable funding and managed-service model, including chargeback planning and service scalability.
• Develop analytics, reporting and value realization insights based on usage, adoption, cost, compliance and operational data.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information technology, marketing technology, digital experience, design or content operations, business administration or a related field.
• Practical experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Admin Console, enterprise licensing, access governance and platform support models.
• Experience with stock-content licensing, digital asset governance, usage rights or content compliance; Shutterstock experience strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of enterprise integrations involving DAM, work management, content creation, document collaboration or generative AI.
• Working knowledge of information security, privacy, compliance, accessibility, change management and controlled release.
