Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager

About the role

Jumpfactor is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor for North American B2B clients. In this fully remote position you will own a portfolio of MSP accounts, drive satisfaction, retention and growth, and collaborate with our specialist teams on innovative campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture high‑touch client relationships, maintaining strong NPS scores.
• Manage account health to minimize churn, oversee renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Lead client calls, present performance insights and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects with SEO, PPC, content and development teams using ClickUp or Jira.
• Track and report on KPIs such as retention, revenue impact, CSAT and NPS.

Required profile

• 3+ years of account management or client success experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven record of client retention, renewals and revenue expansion.
• Strong English communication skills and confidence handling difficult conversations.
• Experience managing multiple B2B accounts in a retainer‑based model.
