About the role

FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Director, Public Affairs for the LATAM region. In this senior‑level position you will advise clients on complex communications challenges, develop multi‑faceted strategies, and help them navigate current events while preparing for future opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert communications and advocacy counsel aligned with client business priorities.
• Manage overall quality and delivery of work across multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Oversee client budgets and contribute to business strategy development.
• Identify and escalate risks to ensure clients act and communicate with integrity.
• Generate and lead new business development initiatives.
• Identify emerging opportunities to add greater value for clients.

• Proven senior‑level experience in strategic communications or public affairs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to secure and build strong client relationships.
• Track record of developing new business opportunities.
• Ability to stay abreast of industry developments and innovate service offerings.
