Senior Enablon AQS & Metrics Implementation Consultant

About the role

WSP is seeking a Senior Enablon AQS & Metrics Implementation Consultant to join its global Digital Solutions Team on a remote basis. You will work with internal and external clients across multiple industries, delivering end‑to‑end EHS and ESG software solutions and driving new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers to gather technical details and translate compliance requirements into configuration specifications.
• Configure Enablon AQS and Metrics applications, verify configurations through comprehensive system testing, and resolve issues.
• Develop detailed documentation, calculation verification, and quantitative testing scripts.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data between systems and perform data analysis on large, complex datasets.
• Demonstrate software functionality, deliver training, and produce technical documentation for customers and project teams.
• Support users through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot deployment issues.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications while maintaining internal and external relationships.

Required profile

• 5+ years leading Enablon Environmental/AQS and Metrics implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience directing remote, global teams and mentoring junior staff.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and perform statistical analyses.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction.
• Willingness to undergo a full criminal background check for government projects.
