About the role

ScaleHouse Talent is a specialised recruitment agency serving the U.S. home‑remodeling sector. We are seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for senior sales and operations positions, working directly with our U.S. clients on a remote, independent‑contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and specialised roles, primarily outside‑sales positions.
• Partner with U.S. clients as a strategic talent advisor, understanding their hiring needs and market dynamics.
• Source, screen, and assess high‑quality candidates, maintaining a robust talent pipeline.
• Manage recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill and quality of hire, ensuring delivery excellence.
• Provide regular updates and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for the U.S. market, especially senior sales roles.
• Proven track record of managing full‑cycle recruitment processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 level or higher).
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
