Senior Finance Business Partner Analyst – Services

About the role

This senior position supports Mastercard's commercial finance function by overseeing low‑margin deal governance, managing financial oversight of strategic initiatives, and driving process improvements. You will work closely with finance, product, legal and commercial teams to ensure accurate financial decision‑making and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end low‑margin deal review and approval, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
• Maintain visibility of deal approvals, track status in systems such as Salesforce, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate governance cadences, perform quality checks, and align cross‑functional teams for timely approvals.
• Identify and implement process improvements, develop templates and reporting frameworks, and move toward automation.
• Manage financial aspects of the Channel Sales Partnership program, monitoring revenue, costs and performance against plan.
• Support month‑end close activities, including accruals, variance analysis and program‑level P&L reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Product and Legal stakeholders to communicate requirements and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in business, accounting or finance.
• Proven experience in commercial finance, deal governance or FP&A.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data for decision‑making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
