Senior Financial Specialist (Bilingual English-Spanish)

About the role

A fully bilingual (English-Spanish) Senior Financial Specialist is sought to support international clients in a fast-paced environment. The position is 100% on-site, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Colombia time, with Colombia and Peru preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, cash flow reports and runway analyses.
• Lead financial projects and coordinate deliverables with client stakeholders.
• Manage AP/AR processes, month-end close activities and financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Support financial software and CRM implementations.
• Develop and improve SOPs and operational workflows.
• Communicate directly with international clients and teams in English.

Required profile

• Advanced or fluent English (C1+) is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, finance operations, controlling, strategy & operations or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.

Required skills

• Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel and Google Workspace proficiency.
• QuickBooks Online experience is a plus.
