Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python & React)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a new product team at Monks Technology Services. You will build high‑quality software from the ground up, owning features that span the database, backend services and user interface.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain backend APIs and services using Python.
• Create modern, responsive user experiences with React, applying state‑management and UI libraries.
• Collaborate with staff engineers and product managers to define product architecture.
• Write comprehensive unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests to ensure reliability.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and proactively address technical challenges.
• Contribute to engineering standards, best practices and architecture decisions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, preferably 14+ years.
• Strong self‑direction, problem‑solving mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Python (production‑grade APIs and backend services).
