Senior Full‑Stack Engineer (Python & TypeScript)

About the role

Devlane is looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to own and evolve BI integrations and semantic model converters. You will work at the intersection of third‑party BI ecosystems and our query engine, building connectors for Excel, Google Sheets and Looker while translating external semantic models into our SML format.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain integrations for Excel, Google Sheets and Looker.
• Implement converters that map external semantic models (MDX, DAX, SQL) to the internal SML representation.
• Ensure authentication, query accuracy, performance and reliability across diverse data models.
• Investigate customer issues, improve automated test coverage and turn recurring problems into durable solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript and Python.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and a track record of shipping production software, especially client‑side integrations or SDKs.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL and analytical query languages such as MDX and DAX.
• Familiarity with OAuth, token‑based authentication and modern testing practices (unit, integration, end‑to‑end).
