Senior GoHighLevel Automation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to own and continuously improve GoHighLevel infrastructure for multiple client accounts. This remote, AI‑first position involves building complete client systems, troubleshooting integrations, and creating scalable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage end‑to‑end GoHighLevel client systems, including funnels, landing pages, surveys, workflows, pipelines, calendars, and CRM automations.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations such as Meta Conversion API, webhooks, APIs, Zapier, and Make.com.
• Diagnose and resolve GoHighLevel issues with same‑day turnaround, creating reusable snapshots, SOPs, and automation templates.
• Use AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT) daily for building, debugging, documenting, and optimizing automations.

Required profile

• 2+ years hands‑on GoHighLevel experience in an agency or multi‑client environment.
• Strong expertise with Meta Conversion API, APIs, webhooks, and marketing automation integrations.
• Daily user of AI tools for development and documentation.
• Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable with asynchronous communication.
